Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 41246 New Street directly outside the property known as Bramley Cottage for a total distance of approximately 10 metres. The reason for the closure is to replace a broken sewer pipe.

Temporary Road Closure 41214 Halfway Pitch (Pitchcombe Parish) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 41214 Halfway Pitch from its junction with Hillcrest to its junction with Cheltenham Road for a total distance of approximately 227 metres. The reason for the closure is to locate and resolve Gigaclear blockages.

Temporary Road Restriction 41299 War Memorial Road And 3/202 Holloway Road (Bisley With Lypiatt Parish) Stroud District
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily restrict part of the road known as both 41299 War Memorial Road and 3/202 Holloway Road from outside the property known as Pipers Cottage to outside the property known as The New House for an approximate distance of 45 metres.
There will be no waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works. The reason for the restriction is to install a new electric cable.

Temporary Closure Of Public Footpaths Mch40 And Mmh 137 (Chalford And Minchinhampton Parishes) Stroud District
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part Public Footpath MCH 40 from its junction with the A419, London Road extending in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 45 metres before continuing on for a further 70 metres in a generally south westerly direction as MMH 137 to its junction with MMH 177.
The Public Footpaths fall in Parish of Chalford and Minchinhampton in the Stroud District and in the County of Gloucestershire.
The closure is necessary in order to carry out level crossing maintenance and rectification of track bed. The Order will come into force on the 10th September 2022. The Footpaths are expected to be closed from 23:00 on the 10th September 2022 until 09:30 on the 11th September 2022, and again from 23:00 on the 26th September 2022 until 05:30 on the 29th September 2022 (nights only). However, the Order can permit the closure of the said Restricted Byway and Footpath for up to six months from the date of the initial closure. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time. Alternative route: there is no alternative route. Pedestrian access to adjoining properties and emergency access will not be maintained for the duration of the works due to the nature of the works being carried out. Date: 24th August 2022.
