Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Axbridge Temporary Closure of Moorland Street

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Moorland Street from the junction with Portmeade Drove and Axbridge Moor Drove northwards for a distance of 251 metres. This Order will enable Avonline on behalf of Gigaclear to locate and clear blockages. The Order becomes effective on 9th August 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 30th August 2022 and last until 30th August 2022 between the hours of 08:00 -17:00 for a total of 1 day. Please visit
