Online Pre-Application Public Event Residential mixed-use development, with potential neighbourhood centre facilities, retail (class 1), financial and professional services (class 2), food and drink (class 3 / sui generis), business/employment (class 4) associated landscaping, open space, woodland infrastructure and engineering works Land to west of Leverndale Hospital and Raeswood Road, Glasgow (Council PAN ref: 22/01915/PAN). Miller Homes is holding an online Public Consultation Event for the above proposal. This will take place on Thursday 1st September 2022 between 4pm to 8pm. This online event is in accord with Scottish Government guidance on holding events during Covid-19 restrictions. Further details of this and information relating to the proposals will be made available at https://mhland.uk/Leverndale, from w/b 29th August for a period of 21 days.

Please note that written representations must be sent to the address below and not to Glasgow City Council. An opportunity to make representations or objections to the Council will be available when a formal planning application is made.
