Mr Arman Haj Abrahim has applied to Christchurch Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 34* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Blushh Bar and Restaurant, 29-31 Bargates, Christchurch BH23 1QD and propose to vary the license:-
To remove condition 10 on the existing premises license: - Alcohol shall only be served to people partaking in a table meal. To change our opening hours and sale of alcohol to the following:
Sunday - Thursday - 10am -Midnight, Friday - Saturday -10am - 1am
Applications are available for public inspection at Christchurch Borough
Council, Civic offices, Bridge Street. Christchurch BH23 1AZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 09.08.13-06.09.13.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
