Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant. Proposed development at: Site opposite 35 Dalsholm Road, Glasgow, G20 0TB for: Residential development including site access, car parking, landscaping and associated works. A public meeting is not able to be held due to Covid-19 restrictions. We have provided a project website www.kelvindaleresidentialdevelopment.co.uk to explain the proposals and allow comments to be submitted. The website will be live from Mon 29th August 2022 to Mon 19th September 2022. The website will also enable two live question and answer sessions at which time questions can be asked and comments will be received in real time.
The live consultation events will take place on Tuesday 6th September 2022 (1pm to 4pm) & Thursday 8th September 2022 (4pm to 7pm). This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations.
