University of Strathclyde hereby give notice that it is proposed to submit a planning application in respect of the above development at High Street / College Street / Shuttle Street / College Lane, Glasgow. A public consultation exhibition will take place in the University of Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre, 99 George St, Glasgow, G1 1RD between Monday 29th August 2022 and Friday 23rd September 2022. This exhibition will also be staffed by members of the project team at the following days and times: Friday 2nd September 2022, 10am -12pm Friday 9th September 2022, 2pm Friday 16th September 2022, 10am Saturday 17th September 2022, 11am University of Strathclyde will also make their pre application consultation information available online at https://www.strath.ac.uk/workwithus/technologyinnovationzone/charleshuangadvancedtechnologyandinnovationcentre from Monday 29th August 2022.
The project team will also be available via the consultation website on Monday 12th September 2022 between 3pm and 7pm by way of a live chat facility for interested parties to ask questions to be answered by the project team. Following this event, the project website will allow for the provision of pre-application feedback until Friday 23rd September 2022. Comments can also be made via the project website or by email to ticzone-development@strath.ac.uk or in writing to the agent acting University of Strathclyde at North Planning and Development Ltd, Tay House, 2nd Floor, 300 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JR. Comments on the proposals should be submitted by any of the above-mentioned means by Friday 23rd September 2022. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
