PREMISES LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that we Palmer & Harvey have applied for the PREMISES LICENCE for: No.11 Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth East, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5TT
Nature of Licensable Activity Days and Hours Requested: Sale by retail of alcohol: - Monday - Friday 05:00 to 23:00; Saturday 07:00 to 12:00
A record of the application can be inspected on Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 4.45pm and Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm (except bank holidays) at the offices of the Licensing Department at:- Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ
Any interested party wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Department of Fareham Borough Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Department no later than the 12th September 2013.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
