Notice of Application to Wigan Council An Application for variation of an existing premises licence has been made by P and K Hospitality Ltd for the premises known as The Cabinet, 1 Church Street, Atherton, Manchester, M46 9DE. The application seeks to add Restaurant Bar at rear of building to current licence and to add small 'Shed' bar to newly refurbished patio area. The Application may be inspected at the licensing section, Wigan life centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1 NJ between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
