NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TORTS (INTERFERENCE WITH GOODS) ACT 1977

TO: THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF MRS VERA STOPP, DECEASED

I, KEVIN ECKLEY Head of Supported Housing and duly authorised officer for Red Kite Community Housing limited of Windsor Court, Kingsmead Business Park, London Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 1JU on behalf of Red Kite Community Housing Limited being the registered freeholder of 51 Woodfield Road, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire (the Premises) HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that the goods assumed to be abandoned following the death of Mrs Vera Stopp on 26th September 2012 and the subsequent termination of her tenancy of the Premises on 29th July 2013, are held by Red Kite Community Housing Limited.

If you fail to take delivery of the goods, or to make arrangements for the removal or collection of the goods, having provided proof of identity, by 15th September 2013 the goods will be removed and will be disposed of or sold in accordance with the provisions of Section 12(2) of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.
