The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Daws Hill Lane, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Daws Hill Lane for approximately 343m. Alternative route: Daws Hill Lane, Heath End Road, Swains Lane, Treadaway Hill, Station Road, London Road, Abbey Way Gyratory, Marlow Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole replacement collaboration works take place commencing on 23-25 August 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 August 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER: THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.14 (PART) PARISH OF CHALFONT ST PETER) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2022
made on 3 August 2022, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from TQ0156-9220 on the Order map ENE for 63m to TQ0162-9222 as shown by a bold continuous line, to a line running from TQ0156-9220 on the Order map SE for 30m to TQ0158-9218 then ENE for 34m to TQ0162-9220, then NNE for 20m to TQ0162-9222 as shown by a bold broken line on the Order map and having a width of 2.5m throughout.

Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from the Council at a cost of £5.00 by writing to the Definitive Map Team at the address given below. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing stating the grounds on which they are made to the Definitive Map Team, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or email row@buckinghamshire.gov.uk by no later than 16 September 2022.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No *) Order 202*

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to:
Introduce

- Disabled Badge Holder bays, Limited Waiting, No waiting at any time, No waiting, Permit Holder only, No Verge Parking. At various locations across Wendover. At Swains Lane and Highlands, Flackwell Heath. At Claremont Gardens and Lock Road, Marlow.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Sycamore Road, Amersham in the Parish of Amersham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Sycamore Road for approximately 40m. Alternative route: Chesham Road, Rickmansworth Road, Sycamore Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas new connection works take place commencing on 30 August 2022. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 August 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Church Road, Lane End) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Road for 76 metres. Alternative route: Church Road, Finings Road, High Street, Marlow Road, Seymour Plain, Seymour Court Road, Berwick Road, Dean Street, Queens Road, Oxford Road, Chalkpit Lane, Frieth Road, Moorend Common, Moor Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a gas connection takes place commencing on 30 August 2022 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 August 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER: THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PARISH OF CHESHAM) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
On 10.08.2022, Buckinghamshire Council confirmed the above Order made under section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a public footpath from SP9547- 0273 on the Order map SW for 129m to SP9537-0264 then WNW for 11m to SP9536- 0265 then WSW for 19m to SP9535-0264 then NW for 12m to SP9534-0265 as shown by a bold broken line and having a width of 2m throughout.

The Order became operative on 10.08.2022 and if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 of the Act have not been complied with in relation to it, they may within six weeks from 19.08.2022 make an application to the High Court for that purpose.
