Footpath FP129/3 at Gavray Drive, Bicester

Notice of Temporary Stopping up of Streets under Clause 10 and Schedule 5.

The Order provides for various works including the construction of a new railway on embankment between the Bletchley to Oxford and the London Marylebone to Birmingham railway lines adjacent to Gavray Drive in Bicester, including any necessary temporary closure of streets which includes public footpaths, within the Order limits.

Under the powers included in Clause 10 and Schedule 5 of the Order FP129/3 is to be closed to use by the public between a point 40m north of Gavray Drive and the entrance to the pedestrian underbridge below the London to Birmingham railway between 1 September 2013 and 30 April 2014.

The alternative pedestrian routes between Gavray Drive and Jarvis Lane are via Launton Road or Charbridge Lane.
