I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:

APP/22/00853/F Proposed loft conversion with hip to gable conversion and rear dormer. First Floor Flat, 66a Salterns Road

APP/22/00878/F Loft conversion with dormers to the Front and Rear. 12 Erpingham Road

APP/22/00888/F Installation of new stand alone WC Toilet facilities Quay Visitors Car Park, Old Orchard

APP/22/00897/F Vertical extension to existing lift shaft to aid accessibility to the second floor for the owners 21 Western Avenue

APP/22/00900/F 2 storey extension to the side and Loft conversion with dormers to the Front and Rear 12 Erpingham Road

APP/22/00774/F Variation of Conditions 2, 4, & 12 following approval of APP/17/00785/F for Condition 2 to state:
"The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Site, Block & Location Plans ref:
8844/600 Rev F Proposed Floor Plans ref:
8844/601 Rev E Proposed Elevations ref:
8844/602 Rev D Proposed Basement Ramp
Section & Streetscene ref: 8844/603 Proposed SUDS Plan & DRA ref: 8844/604 Rev A", and Condition 4 to read "Notwithstanding the provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or any subsequent re-enactments thereof, no area of flat roof other than that illustrated on plan ref: 844/601 revision E on the southern half of the building at second floor level shall be used as a balcony, roof garden or similar amenity area.", and Condition 12 to read "Prior to completion or first occupation of the development hereby approved, which ever is the sooner, the soakaway as per plan ref: 8844/604 Rev A shall be implemented as per those approved plans and thereafter maintained and retained as such."
