Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Footpath AG15 (Part) Aston Ingham Public Path Diversion Order 2022

The above order made on 5th July, 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath AG 15 (Part) in the Parish of Aston Ingham running from OS Grid Reference SO 6719 2326 to OS Grid Reference SO 6723 2328. An alternative footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 6719 2326 to OS Grid Reference SO 6723 2328. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
