St Helens Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The Council Of The Borough Of St Helens (Foundry Street And Patterson Street) (School Streets) Experimental Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 11th August 2022 the St Helens Borough Council, In exercise of Its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the effect of which will be as described In the Schedule below.


Schedule 1
Prohibition Of Motor Vehicles. Except For Pedal Cycles And Access To No's 2-16 Foundry Street And No's 12-35 Patterson Street


Road Length  Duration

Foundry Street  For its entirety  8:00am to 9:30am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Patterson Street  From the junction with School Street to the junction with Foundry Street  8:00am to 9:30am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
 
A copy of the Order together with a Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be requested via

traffic@sthelens.gov.uk

or by telephone 01744 676789. The Order will be implemented initially on an experimental basis from 5th September 2022 for eighteen (18) months, until 5th March 2024 after which time it will be reviewed. The Council may then make the Order permanent or abandon it. The Order will come into operation on 5th September 2022. Any person wishing to object to the restrictions being continued in force indefinitely must do so in writing to the undersigned or emailed to traffic®

stating the grounds of objection, within a period of 6 months from the date of the Experimental Order coming into operation.
