Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) - Section 14(1) The Council Of The Borough Of St. Helens (B5204 Elton Head Road. St Helens) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving Order 2022)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd day of August, 2022, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle proceed in either direction along B5204 Elton Head Road at the junction with A569 Marshalls Cross Road, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site.

The Order came into force on Monday 15th August 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to take three weeks.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate a new sewer connection.
