Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited lias applied in respect of the Robin Hood St Helens Road Pennington Leigh WN7 3PA for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 21139-502. The main changes include the addition of an accessible toilet and new external bar servery. The opening hours and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. To add the following conditions: The external bar server/will not be used after 23.00 hours.The external bar servery will be supervised at all times when in use. The external bar server/ will be inaccessible to customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any alcohol All other conditions to remain unaltered.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 7 September 2022, to the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between the hours of 09.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
