St Helens Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The Council Of The Borough Of St Helens (Barton Close) (School Street) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 11th August 2022 St Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 1 (1), 2(1), (2) and (4) and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, made an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below.

Schedule 1

Prohibition Of Motor Vehicles. Except For Pedal Cycles And Access To No's 1 To 17 Barton Close

Barton Close  For its entirety   8:00am to 9:30am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday

This order will come into operation on 29th August 2022. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court tor this purpose.
