Application To Vary A Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that: Bury Metropolitan Art Association have applied to Bury Council to vary the Premises Licence for: Bury Metropolitan Art Association, Market Street, Bury, BL9 0BW To remove the condition: 14. Customers are to be prevented from leaving the premises with glasses or bottles. And to amend the current license to allow for the supply of alcohol by consumption off the premises in a designated outdoor seating area. Thereby extending the licensable area of the premises to include a designated outdoor seating area and allowing glassware to be used within that area. The outdoor seated area, situated directly outside the front of Automatic Lounge, will be open Monday - Sunday between 10:00 23:00hrs. Glassware will only be permitted in the outdoor seated area between 10:00 22:00hrs.
