Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th August 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company
Ltd applied to Bury Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Railway & Naturalist Inn,
464 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1AX. The proposed variation is:- 1. To vary the licensable hours for the sale of alcohol and recorded music to 0200 on a Friday and Saturday only. 2. To vary the opening hours on a Friday and Saturday only to 0230.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Unit Manager, Bury Council, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ by email to:
no later than 8th September 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bury Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council offices between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at
