Variation of Premises Licence

I, Matthew Jackson, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to South Lakeland Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to J.J. Crossfield's, 35 The Promenade, Arnside, LA5 0HA. A brief description of the proposed variation is as follows:

* Sale of alcohol (off & on the premises) & opening times: Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 00:00

* Late night refreshment: Monday to Sunday - 23:00 to 00:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 7th September 2022 to Public Protection, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 4DQ.
