22/1352/FUL/JLE: 71 London Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BW. Conversion of double garage to habitable room, creation of new front porch and changes to fenestration to facilitate subdivision of existing dwelling to create 1 x new 2-bed dwelling. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
