The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the relaying of electric cables along the A5 Edgware Road/West Hendon Broadway, they intend to make an Order which will:
(a) temporarily prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to turn right onto Milton Road , NW9 from A5 Edgware Road/ West Hendon Broadway NW9, while

the works take place.
(b) temporarily prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to turn right onto A5 Edgware Road/West Hendon Broadway NW9 from Milton Road NW9, while the works take place.

The Order will commence at 8am on Thursday 25th August 2022 and is expected to last for 74 days. However, the restrictions will only be operational in sections as required and as indicated by cones, signs and barriers. The alternative routes for motorists will be via (i) Milton Road, A5 Edgware Road/West Hendon Broadway (northbound), Garrick Road, Wilberforce Road, Station Road, and A5 Edgware Road/West Hendon Broadway (ii) West Hendon Broadway (southbound), Staples Corner roundabout, West Hendon Broadway (northbound), Milton Road. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
