Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2022/24130/HH. Proposal: Remove existing up and over garage door, install a single roller garage door and a pedestrian entrance, build up and around with stone to match the existing house including three stone lintels. Internally construct a boot room with utility behind and a plant room for existing gas boiler. for Mr Stephen Hindle. Location: 7 Old Hall Croft Gargrave Skipton BD23 3PQ Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/23270/FUL. Proposal: Erection of 26 no. dwellings with associated landscaping and Public Open Space for Mandale Homes North Yorkshire. Location: Clay Hall Broughton Road Skipton BD23 3AA Reason(s): Is a Major Development proposal.
Application No: 2022/24201/FUL. Proposal: Re-use of building as one holiday let for Mrs Joanne Waring. Location: Stockshott Lane Moorside Cononley Keighley BD20 8PD Reason(s): Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: 2022/24225/LBC. Proposal: Install and commission a Mitsubishi PUZ-WM85VAA(-BS) air source heat pump at ground level at rear of property for Dr and Mrs Ian & Barbara Blomfield. Location: 14 Weavers Court Skipton BD23 2UU Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
