(We Are the Fair, Waltham Abbey Special Event) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 16 A-C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, has made the above Order to facilitate We Are the Fair event.
Effect of the orders: To temporarily close the following length of roads, Waltham Abbey, in the District of Epping Forest:
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Nazeing in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmers Grove for a distance of approximately 30m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06047662/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Palmers Grove and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 18th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest & Borough of Brentwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.7) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest & Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest & Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. "The Essex County Council (Brentwood Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 11th August 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

To introduce a temporary Clearway (No Stopping at Any Time) on the following length of road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest. Signs will be installed indicating when the Clearway will be in force.

Description
From its junction with Silver Street to its junction with Highbridge Street Roundabout (including parking bays on Highbridge Street Roundabout)
Closure Times
08:00am on 27/08/2022 until 23:59pm on 28/08/2022

The closure is scheduled to commence on 27/08/2022 until 29/08/2022 between the hours of 8am and 01:00am or where appropriate signs are showing, and weather permitting and is required to facilitate the We Are the Fair Special Event.
The alternative route will be via the A121, Sewardstone Road, Lea Valley Road, Mollison Avenue, Hertford Road and then A101.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 27/08/2022 and may continue in force for 3 days unless extended by the Secretary of State.

(Brooklyn Avenue, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Brooklyn Avenue, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Brooklyn Court a distance of approximately 40m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length

of Brooklyn Avenue, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Brooklyn Court a distance of approximately 40m for the duration of the above closure only. "The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence for (2 nights within this duration) (19:00-05:00) 12th September 2022 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153066373 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic signal renewal works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Old Station Road, Station Road, Alderton Hill, Brook Road, Brooklyn Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Epping Road, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition

of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) & (Temporary Introduction of a 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Epping Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 660m northeast of its junction with Coopersale Common for a distance of approximately 85m in a northeasterly direction.

2. To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in the above length of Epping Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, for the duration of the above closure only.

3. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting. No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of Epping Road, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, for the duration of the above closure only.

"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restrictions are scheduled to commence on 12th September 2022 for 13 nights (19:00-07:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2332360 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while relining and stud replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, The Plain, Thornwood Road, High Road, London Road, Hastingwood Roundabout, Canes Lane, Canes Lane Roundabout, Canes Lane Diversion, Talbot Roundabout, High Road, Epping Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of York Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Steeds Way for a distance of approximately 350m in a northeasterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of York Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with St Johns Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southwesterly direction.

3. To temporarily close that length of Kings Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Woodbury Hill to its junction with York Hill a distance of approximately 90m.

4. To temporarily close that length of Woodbury Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with York Hill for a distance of approximately 130m in a northwesterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 1st September 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC312KN-LO3UGHT-8125-FAL & KN-LOUGHT-8125-FAL1 & KN-LOUGHT-8125-FAL2-Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance and pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via York Hill, Queens Road (with access only into Pump Hill, Woodbury Hill, Kings Hill) and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 11th August 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
