Notice is hereby given that I, ABDULCELAL ARIK have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: THE MARDINI CAFE , BISTRO 29/31 KIRKGATE, OTLEY LS21 3HN. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale of alcohol - Monday to Sunday 10:00AM - 22:00PM . Subject to the following terms: CCTV, Challenge 21, incident register, litter clearance.
