Northumberland County Council West Northumberland Area (Waiting And Loading) Composite Order 2011 Amendment No 82 Order 2022

(WAITING AND LOADING - Ref TRO 007-82):- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, and paragraphs 20 and 27 of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order, which will come into force on the 22nd August 2022, will be to introduce new parking restrictions on Whetstone Bridge Road in Hexham, with the aim of improving road safety in the area.
The following restrictions are added to the Principal Order, West Northumberland Area (Waiting and Loading) Composite Order 2011:-

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may before the 23rd September 2022 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
