(Lumley Terrace, Chester-le-Street) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 12/8/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 132 metres of Lumley Terrace, Chester-le-Street, to the rear of property numbers 2 to 36. to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. A diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via Front Lumley Terrace. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 22/8/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 3 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
