Fallowfield Terrace, South Hetton) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 40 metres of Fallowfield Terrace, South Hetton outside of property numbers 23 to 31 to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to vehicular traffic via the A182. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 5/9/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
