(Murray Park, Stanley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 12/8/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 17 metres of segregated footpath between numbers 60 and 61 Murray Park, Stanley to enable telecom infrastructure installation works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the western side of the closure westerly, southerly and easterly via the associated footways of Murray Park the northerly to the eastern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 22/8/22 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
