TO:WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I Emad Abdolkhani do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Councillor the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Persia 126/l26a Church Road, Hove BN3 2EA for the following proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: To remove condition 5 of annex 2; To supply a new layout plan to include the firsf floor of the premises; To amend opening & licensable activity hours -Opening hours 09:00-00:00 Sunday to Thursday, 09:00-01:00 Friday & Satur­day, Retail sale of alcohol 11:00-23:30 Sunday toThursday, 11:00-00:30 Friday & Saturday Add Late Night Refreshments 23:00-00:00 Sunday to Thursday, 23:00-01:00 Friday & Saturday.

The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours: summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
