Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 17 Awst 2022 yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbydau rhag defnyddio'r rtian honno o'r ffordd ddiddosbarth a elwir yn Geraint, Llangollen, yn Sir Ddinbych sy'n ymestyn o bwynt 280 metr i'r gorllewin o'i chyffordd a'r A5 am bellter o oddeutu 720 metr.

Mae angen cau'r ffordd er mwyn i Platinum Traffic Management newid lleoliad cebl BT.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.
Nid oes llwybr arall.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Medi 2022 am ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith, pa un bynnag sydd gyntaf. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaith yn para tan 19 Medi 2022.

Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 17th August 2022 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of the unclassified road known as Geraint, Llangollen, in the County of Denbighshire which extends north-westward from a point 280m north-west of its junction with the A5 for a distance of approximately 720m.
The closure is necessary to facilitate re-routing of an existing BT cable by Platinum Traffic Management.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
There is no alternative route available.
The Order is effective from 5th September 2022 for an eighteen month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 19th September 2022.
