RHODDIR RHYBUDD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, heb fod ynghynt na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad y rhybudd hwn, yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Sefton Road, Hen Golwyn rhwng rifau 2 a 8.
  
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith gan O’Connor Utilities. Caniateir mynediad drwy gydol y cyfnod cau a bydd platiau wedi’u gosod ar hyn un ochr o’r ffordd.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Medi 2022. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am 8 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
The County Borough of Conwy  (Sefton Road, Old Colwyn)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
 
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Sefton Road, Old Colwyn from numbers 2 to 8.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works by O’Connor Utilities. Access will be maintained at all times with one half of the carriageway to be plated throughout. 

The Order comes into effect on 5 September 2022. It is anticipated that the restrictions will be in place for a period of 8 days.
