APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 34)

Notice is hereby given that Rockwater Group Ltd has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Rockwater, Kingsway, Hove, East Sussex BM3 4FA to vary the hours for the on and off sales of alcohol Saturday and Sunday to 10:00 to 03:00; vary the opening hours Monday to Sunday to 07:00 to 03:00 and to add a condition.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 8 September 2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
