Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & The Town And Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Federated Hermes on behalf of Britel Fund Trustees give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for: Erection of office development, landscaping / public realm and all associated development on land at the Skypark Campus known as SP8, bound by Elliot Street / Cranston Street / Port Street, Glasgow, G3 8EP Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, public consultation on the proposed development will be held online and in person. More information can be found at: www.skypark-sp8.co.uk An in person public event will take place in Skypark Reception on Wednesday 31st August from 3 7pm.

There will be opportunity to ask questions from the Project Team and fill out feedback forms on the day. An online public event will take place on Thursday 1st September at 3pm - 7pm. Access to the event is via the website detailed above. Members of the Project Team will present the proposals at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. A 'live chat' will be in operation to allow the Project Team to respond to specific questions at that time. The deadline for submitting comments is Friday 16th September via the feedback form on the website or by email to

If you are aware of someone who does not have internet access and is looking for hard copies of the information boards and feedback form, if you can provide us with their name and address we can send this onto them following the event. Please note, this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council.

Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
