(C2220 Old Road South, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2220 Old Road South from its junction with U60014 Meadow Close to its junction with U60013 Pixham Ferry Lane.
Reason: Drainage Work/Flood alleviation by M.V. Kelly Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2220 Old Road South, A38 Main Road, C2220 Squires Walk and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 12 September 2022.

(C2287 St. Peters Drive, St. Peter The Great County) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2287 St. Peters Drive from its junction with U52420 Tiree Avenue to its junction with U52264 Sandpiper Close.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2287 St. Peters Drive, A38 Worcester Road, A4440 Broomhall Way and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 14 September 2022.

(U53132 Edgar Street and U53133 Severn Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and (reversing the One-Way) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U53132 Edgar Street and U53133 Severn Street from its junction with A44 Sidbury to its junction with U53135 King Street.
NB: The one-way system to be temporarily reversed up U53135 King Street and U53133 Severn Street during the works to allow access to Castle Place and King Street car park. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2115 Stonebow Road from its junction with A44 Evesham Road to its junction with B4084 Worcester Road.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A44 Evesham Road, B4084 Egdon Lane, B4084
Windmill Hill, B4084 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days
Commencing: 14 September 2022.

(A449 Bromwich Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed order: to close that part of A449 Bromwich Road from its junction with A44
Tybridge Street to its junction with U54255 Bromwich Lane. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Bromwich Road, A449 Malvern Road, A449 The Village, A4440 Hams Way, A4440 Grove Way, A44 Bromyard Road, A44 St Johns, A44 Bull Ring and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing: 11 September 2022. NB. Closures will be on Sunday 11 or Sunday 25 September during this period.

(C2230 The Common, Abberley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2230 The Common, Abberley from its junction with A443 The Common, Abberley to Wynniattes Way to its junction with U64413 Rossdale.
Reason: Drainage/flood alleviation work by Norton Construction Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A443 The Common, Abberley to Wynniattes Way, B4202 Apostles Oak and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months from 23 August 2022. Anticipated duration: 17 days.

(Footpaths HW-550 and HW-555(part), Hallow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close Footpath HW-550 for its entire length and Footpath HW-555(part) from its junction with Footpath HW-550 to Pinchfield Gardens.
The Order is being made to allow works associated with a housing development on land crossed by the Footpaths. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: For Footpath HW-550 - Footpath HW-551, Hallow,
A443, U64019 (Greenhill Lane), Bridleway HW-576, Hallow and vice
versa. For Footpath HW-555(part) - Footpath HW-551, Hallow, A443, U64019 (Greenhill Lane), Bridleway HW-576, Hallow, Footpath HW-545, Hallow, Footpath HW-552, Hallow, Footpath HW-555 (part), Hallow
and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 8 September 2022.

(Footpath GM-619, Grimley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close FootpathGM-619, Grimley for its entire length.
The Order is being made to allow works by the Canal and River Trust on Bevere Lock.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpath GM-650 Grimley, U64011 Camp Lane, Footpath GM-649 Grimley and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 12 September 2022.

(A4440 Crookbarrow Way, Whittington) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of A4440 Crookbarrow Way from its junction with A4440 Whittington (Roundabout) to its junction with A4440 Broomhall Way (Roundabout).
Reason: Correction of painting defects to Crookbarrow Way Footbridge
by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(C2256 Sinton Green, Grimley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of C2256 Sinton Green from its junction with A443 Main Road to its junction with C2069 Sinton Green. Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A443 Main Road, C2068 Moseley Road, C2069
Worlds End, C2069 Sinton Green and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days

(U47611 Hatfield Lane, Norton Juxta Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U47611 Hatfield Lane from its junction with C2055 Church Lane to its junction with C2108 Hatfield Bank.
Reason: Closure to allow safe access for network pole test by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2055 Church Lane, C2055 Crookbarrow Road, C2108 Broomhall, C2108 Hatfield Bank and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 18 August 2022.

(U51022 Vicar Street, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U51022 Vicar Street from its junction with U51023 Albany Road to its junction with B4550 Rainbow Hill. Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U51023 Albany Road, U51306 Tunnel Hill, B4550
Rainbow Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 22 August 2022.

(Footpath SG0518, St Peter the Great) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close Footpath SG0518, St Peter the Great for its entire length.
The Order is to allow works to be carried out on the line of the footpath.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpaths SG-516; SG-515; SG-514; SG-513, St Peter the Great; Footpath WR-917 (part), Worcester; Link Footpath F50553, Worcester; U52224 Dace Road; Link Footpath F50554, Worcester; U52225 Grayling Close; U52274 Perch Road; U52275 Barbel Crescent;
Link Footpath F50265, Worcester; A38 and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on
22 August 2022.

(B4206 Malvern Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of B4206 Malvern Road from its junction with U54239 Whites Road to its junction with U54238 Ashdown Close.
Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion clockwise: A449 Bromwich Road, A44 Bull Ring, B4206 St Johns, B4206 Malvern Road and vice versa. Diversion Anticlockwise: B4206 Malvern Road, A44 Bull Ring, A44 Tybridge Street, A44 Hylton Road, A44 New Road, A449 Bromwich Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 22 August 2022.
