NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Dartfordians Community Sports Club has applied to the London Borough of Bexley on 08/08/2022 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as The War Memorial Clubhouse, Bourne Road, Bexley, Kent, DA5 1LW

The proposed licensable activities are The Performance of Plays, Exhibition of Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Playing of Live and Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment and the Supply and Sale of Alcohol for Consumption both on and off the premises between the hours of 06:00 and 24:00, Monday to Sunday.

The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website, www.bexley.gov.uk.

Any person wishing to make representation about the application should make them in writing to The Licensing Partnership, PO Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1GP or by e-mail to licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk on or before the 16th September 2022.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is unlimited
