NOTICE OF APPLICATION

First Date of Display of this Notice: 5th August 2022

Notice is given that: Kenneth Roy Ryan has applied to Bexley Council for the variation of the PREMISES LICENCE issued in respect of the premises known as: The Iron Horse situated at: 122 Station Rd, Sidcup, Kent, DA15 7AB.

The application seeks to vary the licence as follows: Annex 2, No 8. Remove Fire appliances shall be provided, positioned and maintained to the satisfaction of the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority. Annex 4, NO 7. Remove Entrance to the premises shall be controlled at all times door supervisors are required on duty by a club scan (or similar) door entry system.
