PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTION MADE UNDER ARTICLE 6 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The London Borough of Bromley has cancelled the direction made under article 4(1) that was confirmed on 16 January 2018 and related to land at Petts Wood Area of Special Residential Character. The cancellation took effect on 12 August 2022.

The cancellation direction and a plan of the area to which it relates can be viewed at bromley.gov.uk/PermittedDevelopment and at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH by making a prior appointment by contacting ldf@bromley.gov.uk.
