Stirling Street, Alva (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Stirling Street, Alva) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 10th August 2022: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Stirling Street, Alva (Schedule 1) from a point 25 metres east of its junction with Brook Street westwards to a point S metres east of Queen Street, a distance of 305 metres or thereby, The order runs from 0800 hours on Saturday 27th August 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 28th August 2022. (Schedule 2) from a point 25 metres east of its junction with Brook Street westwards to a point 5 metres east of Queen Street, a distance of 305 metres or thereby, The order runs from 0800 hours on Saturday 3rd September 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 4th September 2022. (Schedule 3) from a point 5 metres east of its junction with Queen Street westwards to a point 50 metres west of Queen Street, a distance of 55 metres or thereby, The order runs from 0800 hours on Saturday 10th September 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 11th September 2022. (Schedule 4) from a point 5 metres east of its junction with Queen Street westwards to a point 50 metres west of Queen Street, a distance of 55 metres or thereby, The order runs from 0800 hours on Saturday 17th September 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 18th September 2022. The works are required to carry out works on 4 separate occasions over the weekends.
B9140 Collyland Road, Fishcross (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (B9140 Collyland Road, Fishcross) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2022, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 9th August 2022: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at B9140 Collyland Road, Fishcross (From its junction with The Engine Green westwards for a distance of 60 metres or thereby). Diversion: Via B9140, B908, A908, B9140 and vice versa. The order runs from 0900 hours until 1900 hours on Monday 29th August 2022. The works are required to allow L&S Builders to remove equipment from their works on the cycle lane below.
Stirling Street, Tillicoultry (Temporary Parking Suspension) Order 2022
The Council has made "The Clackmannanshire Council (Stirling Street, Tillicoultry) (Temporary Parking Suspension) Order 2022", under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 9th August 2022: to suspend parking at Stirling Street Tillicoultry - West Side - from a point 26 metres south of its junction with Frederick Street, southwards for a distance of 62 metres or thereby. The order runs from 0930 hours until 1700 hours on Wednesday 31st August 2022. The order is required to replace Scottish Water ironworks. Full details are available on
