Temporary Road Closure 45897 Tynings Road (Nailsworth Town) Stroud District

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 45897 Tynings Road from its junction with West Tynings to its junction with Burma Road for a distance of approximately 150 metres. The reason for the closure is for a new water connection.

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of 46712 Springfield Road including Footway from their junction with Middle Street to its junction with Upper Springfield Road for a distance of approximately 170 metres. The reason for the closure and restriction is for footway refurbishment. There will be no waiting permitted for the duration of the works.

Urgent Road Closure Of Various Roads In Gloucestershire For Urgent Patching Works

Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the roads as detailed in the schedule below.

The roads fall under the parishes and districts, in Gloucestershire, as described in the schedule. There will be no waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The reason for the closure is to ensure the safety of the public on the highway while carriageway patching works take place. The roads are expected to be closed and restricted on a rolling programme. The road was originally closed for 5 days by Urgent Notice commencing on the 15th August 2022. However, the works have not been completed and so it is necessary to extend the closure by an Order which can authorise the closure of the road for up to eighteen months from the date of the original Notice. It is expected that the roads will re-open on the 2nd September 2022.
