(The Worcestershire County Council (Various Revocations) and (Various Roads, Wythall) (30 & 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Wythall to 30 miles per hour:
Middle Lane from a point 40 metres north-west of its junction with Packhorse Lane to a point 100 metres south-east of its junction with Clewshaw Lane. Baccabox Lane for its entire length. Batemans Lane for its entire length. Chapel Lane from its junction with Middle Lane for 610 metres in a generally southerly direction. Clewshaw Lane from its junction with Middle Lane for 120 metres in a westerly direction. Dark Lane from its junction with Gay Hill Lane/Middle Lane to a point 318 metres south-west of its junction with Woodleaves. Packhorse Lane for its entire length. Silver Street for its entire length. Wilmore Lane from a point 25 metres south-west of its junction with Brick Kiln Lane to its junction with Middle Lane. 40 miles per hour:
Gay Hill Lane/Middle Lane from a point 35 metres north of the junction with Dark Lane to a point 40 metres north-west of the junction with Packhorse Lane. Middle Lane from a point 100 metres south-east of its junction with Clewshaw Lane to a point 170 metres east of its junction with Chapel Lane. Revocations:
(Built-up areas) no. 2 order 1938) and (Various Roads Hollywood West restricted roads and 40 mph speed limit order 2002) and (Wilmore Lane Wythall) (30 mph speed limit) order 2005
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Various Roads, Alvechurch) (20, 30, 40, 50 Mph Speed Limit) and (Various Revocations) Order 2022
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Alvechurch to 20 miles per hour:
Bear Hill: from its junction with Red Lion Street and Swan Street for 87.5 metres in a westerly direction. Birmingham Road: from its junction with Tanyard Lane for 64.5 metres in a northerly direction Meadow Lane: for its entire length. Radford Road: from junction with The Square to a point 17.5 metres east of its junction with Mill Court. Red Lion Street: from its junction with Tanyard Lane to its junction with Bear Hill. Swan Street: from its junction with Bear Hill for 122.5 metres in a southerly direction. Tanyard Lane: from its junction with Birmingham Road/Red Lion Street for 203 metres in a westerly direction. The Square: for its entire length. 30 miles per hour:
Radford Road, Alvechurch: from a point 255 metres south of its junction with Old Rectory Lane to a point 17.5 metres east of its junction with Mill Court Bear Hill/Station Road/Scarfield Hill, Alvechurch: from a point 87.5 metres west of its junction with Red Lion Street and Swan Street to a point 232 metres west of its junction with Latimer Road. Radford Road/Weatheroak Hill/Hill Lane, Weatheroak: from a point 303 metres west of its western junction with Watery Lane to a point 122 metres east of its eastern junction with Watery Lane. Brockhill Lane, Weatheroak: from its junction with Weatheroak Hill/Hill Lane for 70 metres in a northerly direction. A441 Birmingham Road, Bordesley: from a point 65 metres south of the roundabout junction with Redditch Road to its junction with B4101 Dagnell End Road. B4120 Redditch Road, Hopwood: from its roundabout junction with A441 to a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with Jays Crescent. Lea End Lane, Hopwood: from its junction with A441 for 30 metres in an easterly direction. Bittell Farm Road, Hopwood: from its junction with A441 for 69 metres in a westerly direction. (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 (Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on entrance markings on Colts Lane, Fownhope Close & Kinnersley Close, Redditch)
On 4 August 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:-
Colts Lane (southeast side): From its junction with Fownhope Close for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction; from its junction with Kinnersley Close for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction and a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction. Fownhope Close (both sides): From its junction with Colts Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction. Kinnersley Close (both sides): From its junction with Colts Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction. Entrance road to Arrow Valley First School (both sides): From its junction with Colts Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a north-westerly direction.
And to prohibit stopping on entrance markings (School Keep Clear Marking) at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Colts Lane (northwest side):
From a point 79 metres southwest of its junction with Lingen Close for a distance of 70 metres in a south-westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 25 August 2022.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 25 August 2022.

(U43402 Church Lane, Cookhill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of U43402 Church Lane from its junction with A441 Evesham Road to its junction with U43402 Cladswell Lane. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U43402 Cladswell Lane, U43407 Wood Lane, A441 Evesham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 12 September 2022.
(B4101 Broad Lane, Beoley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of B4101 Broad Lane from its junction with B4101 Beoley Lane to its junction with B4101 Broad Lane (Border with Warwickshire). Reason: Safety to allow work in Underground structure by Openreach. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A435 Alcester Road Northbound, A435 Alcester Road Roundabout, A435 Alcester Road Southbound and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (21:00-06:00) Commencing: 22 August 2022.
(A441 Alvechurch Highway, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of A441 Alvechurch Highway from its junction with A448 Bromsgrove Highway Cloverleaf exit slip to the end of the exit slip for for A4189 Warwick Highway to its junction with A448 Bromsgrove Highway Cloverleaf exit slip to the end of exit slip for A441 Alvechurch Highway (Northbound). Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion 1: A4189 Warwick Highway (Eastbound):
A441 Alvechurch Highway, A441 Roundabout on Coventry Highway, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A448 Exit Slip to A4189. Diversion 2: A441 Alvechurch Highway (Northbound) A448 Bromsgrove Highway, A448 Exit Slip to B4184, B4184 Birchfield Road, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, A448 Bromsgrove Highway Exit Slip to A441 and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 nights (20:00-06:00) Commencing: 8 September 2022.
(Link Footpath F30796 linking Footpath F30701 to Grangers Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F30796 linking Footpath F30701 to Grangers Lane from its junction with U33238 Grangers Lane to its junction with Link Footpath F30701 Patch Lane (between nos. 111-114) for a distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U33238 Grangers Lane, Link Footpath F30700 Grangers Lane, Link Footpath F30696 Kempsford Close to Grangers Lane, Link Footpath F30696 Stoneleigh Close and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 12 September 2022.
