GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A477 (SANCL£Rr SIR GAERFYRDDIN I DDOC PENFRO, SIR BENFRO) (CYFYNGIADAU CYFLYMDER DROS DRO A DIM GODDIWEDDYD) 202-
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ymhen dim llai na 7 niwrnod i ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn. Mae angen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn gwneud gwarth ar gefnffordd yr A477, neu gerllaw iddi, rhwng Sander, Sir Gaerfyrddin a Doc Penfro, Sir Benfro.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd gwneud y canlynol dros dro:
i. gosod terfyn cyflymder o naill ai 40 mya neu 10 mya a gwahardd goddiweddyd ar y darnau o gefnffordd yr A477 a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 i'r Hysbysiad hwn; a

ii. gosod terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya a gwahardd goddiweddyd ar y darnau o gefnffordd yr A477 a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i'r Hysbysiad hwn.

Dim ond pan fydd gwaith confoi yn digwydd y bydd y terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya yn gymwys.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Medi 2022. Disgwylir y bydd y cyfyngiadau a'r gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol o 00:01 o'r gloch ar y dyddiad hwnnw hyd 23:59 o'r gloch ar 16 Rhagfyr 2022 neu hyd nes y caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol.
Dim ond yn ystod y dyddiadau a bennir uchod y disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol. Er hynny, bydd yn parhau'n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ailamserlennu'r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall. Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i'r amseroedd a'r dyddiadau yn cael ei arddangos cyn i unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir ddechrau.

Y darn o'r gefnffordd sy'n ymestyn o bwynt 394 o fetrau i'r dwyrain o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd a" ffordd yr C3045 i Amroth hyd at bwynt 441 o fetrau i'r gorllewin o ganolbwynt y gyffordd honno.

Y darn o'r gefnffordd sy'n ymestyn o bwynt 268 o fetrau i'r gogledd-ddwyrain o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd 3'r B4586 i Broadmoor hyd at bwynt 288 o fetrau i'r de-orllewin o ganolbwynt y gyffordd honno.

The A477 Trunk Road (St Clears, Carmarthenshire To Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire) (Temporary Speed Restrictions & No Overtaking) Order 202-

The Welsh Ministers propose, in not less than 7 says from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A477 trunk road between St Clears, Carmarthenshire and Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to temporarily:
i. impose either a 40 mph or 10 mph speed limit and prohibit overtaking on the lengths of the A477 trunk road described in Schedule 1 to this Notice; and

ii. impose a 10 mph speed limit and prohibit overtaking on the lengths of the A477 trunk road described in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

The 10 mph speed limit will only apply during convoy working.

The Order will come into force on 5 September 2022. The temporary restrictions and prohibition are expected to operate from 00:01 hours on that date until 23:59 hours on 16 December 2022 or until the temporary traffic signs are permanently removed.

Although the Order is only expected to operate during the dates specified above it will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months, as a contingency, should the work need to be rescheduled or consequential or other work is required. Notice of any changes to times and dates will be displayed before any rescheduled work begins.

The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 93 metres south-west of the centre-point of its junction with the road leading to Backe to a point 394 metres east of the centre-point of its junction with the C3045 road to Amroth.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 441 metres west of the centre-point of its junction with the C3045 road to Amroth to a point 268 metres north-east of its junction with the B4586 to Broadmoor, including the gyratory of Kilgetty Roundabout.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 288 metres south-west of its junction with the B4586 to Broadmoor to a point 290 metres east of the centre-point of its junction with the unclassified road known as Stephens Green Lane, Milton, including the gyratories of Sageston and Carew Roundabouts.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 360 metres west of the centre-point of its junction with the unclassified road known as Stephens Green Lane, Milton to a point 726 metres south­east of the centre-point of its junction with Eastern Avenue, Pembroke Dock.

SCHEDULE 2
Temporary 10 mph speed limit and no overtaking

The length of the trunk road that extends from its junction with the south-western side of St Clears Roundabout to a point 93 metres south-west of the centre-point of the road leading to Backe, including the gyratory of St Clears Roundabout.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 394 metres east of the centre-point of its junction with the C3045 road to Amroth to a point 441 metres west of the centre-point of that junction.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 268 metres north-east of the centre-point of its junction with the B4586 to Broadmoor to a point 288 metres south-west of the centre-point of that junction.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 290 metres east of the centre-point of its junction with the unclassified road known as Stephens Green Lane, Milton to a point 360 metres west of that junction.
The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 726 metres south-east of the centre-point of its junction with Eastern Avenue, Pembroke Dock to its junction with, and including the gyratory of, Waterloo Roundabout, Pembroke Dock.
