Notice is hereby given that Mrs Satkunanathan has applied in respect of Kando Convenience Store, 59-61 High Street, Wivenhoe Essex CO7 9AZ for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol off the premises, Mondays to Sundays from 10.00 to 23.00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 5 September 2022 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council or online https://publicprotection.colchester.gov.uk/Northgate/ES/Presentation/Public/OnlineLicence  

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
