NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 8 August 2022 Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited applied to Basildon Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons (Former Co-op), 44 High Street, Wickford SS12 9FN.

The proposed licensable activities are -
1. The supply of alcohol from 06.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late-night refreshment from 23.00 to 24.00 on Mondays to Sundays.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL no later than the 5 September 2022 stating the grounds for representations.The register of Basildon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the Council's office address given above, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
