Application for variation of premise licence

To whom it may concern: P J Burke Limited hereby give notice that we have applied to the licensing authority at Sedgemoor District Council for the variation of our premise licence at: The Iron Duke, 1 Esplanade, Burnham on Sea. TA8 1BB

The variation of the application is to: Extend the premises licenced area to include the current rear carpark. This is with intentions of turning part of the carpark into a garden area.

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licencing Department, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater. TA6 3AR no later than 28 days after the date of this notice or email licensing@sedgemoor.gov.uk  Representations after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the licencing authorities address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
