Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

We 8-BIT MICRO ARCADE Limited of, 45 Lee Lane, Horwich, Bolton BL6 7AX have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises License. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:- Sale of alcohol by Retail for consumption on or off premises between the hours of 11:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 01:00 on Friday and Saturday & Live Music between the hours of 11:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 01:00 on Friday and Saturday.

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 10th of August 2022.

The last day for representations to be made will therefore be Wednesday 7th September 2022). All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
