The Borough Council of Bolton the Bolton (Regulation of Waiting-Loading and Unloading) (Consolidation) Order 2015 (Minerva Road. Waters edge. Harper Green Ward-Bolton) (Amendment) (No.8) Order 2022

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Its effect, which will be operative from 22nd August 2022, will be as follows:

Additions:
No Waiting At Any Time
Minerva Road (south) Brian Road (both)
Waters Edge (north-west) and (south-east)

. Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within six weeks from the 15th August 2022, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
