Banbury Town Council - Catering Contract, Expressions of Interest

Banbury Town Council invites applications from suitably experienced and qualified contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a select list of contractors to tender for the provision of its catering service.

The whole of the works will be contained in a single contract covering all aspects of catering from the newly refurbished kitchen facilities within the Town Hall.

This will include catering for formal and informal civic functions and providing a range of hot and cold food.

The contract will run for a period of 3 years commencing 1st January 2014 with the option to extend the agreement for up to a further 3 years.

Companies wishing to be considered for inclusion on the select list will be required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire.

The questionnaire will require applicants to demonstrate that they have the required financial soundness, technical competence and adequate resources to undertake the contract.

References for work of a similar nature will also be required.

Those expressing an interest in this contract will be invited to a Pre-Contract Meeting which will be held at the Town Hall during September.
