Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th August 2022 DH13 Pubs Limited applied to Durham County Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Stonebridge Inn, Stonebridge, Durham DH1 3RX. The proposed variation is;- 1. Installation of an outside bar servery. 2. Installation of a timer framed pergola to existing terrace with roof canopy shelter. 3. Add conditions to the premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or alternatively email licensing@ durham.gov.uk no later than 1st September 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Durham County Council the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
