NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th July 2022 Ei Group Limited applied to Durham County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Iron Horse, Emerson Way, Newton Aycliffe DL5 5HQ.

The proposed licensable activities are:-
1. Live music, recorded music, anything similar and sale of alcohol Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 00:00 and Sunday 12:00-00:00.
2. Performance of dance - Monday - Saturday 12:00-23:00 and Sunday 12:00-22:30.
3. Late Night Refreshments -22:00-00:00 Monday - Sunday.
Please note - This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk no later than 31st August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
